Terms and Conditions 

 

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AI Aarna Tech LLP. By using the AI Aarna Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate and complete information upon registration.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Credits

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees.

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it.

  • Credit Rollover: Any unused credits from your monthly subscription will be carried forward to the next month, provided your subscription remains active.

4. Free Trial and Initial Credits

  • 5-Day Free Trial: New users are eligible for a one-time 5-day free trial on our paid plans. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

  • Initial Test Credits: Upon first login, your account will receive a limited number of promotional credits to test the Service.

5. Refund Policy

All payments made to Aarna Tech LLP are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods or for any other reason.

6. User-Generated Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create. You grant us a license to use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service responsibly. You shall not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute any content or engage in activities that:

  • Are Illegal or Promote Illegal Acts.

  • Are Sexually Explicit, Pornographic, or Graphically Violent.

  • Are Hateful, Harassing, or Promote Discrimination.

  • Involve Deceptive or Harmful Content (Deepfakes): Generate misleading, non-consensual, or deceptive synthetic media of individuals.

  • Constitute Misinformation or Disinformation.

  • Violate the Privacy of others.

  • Involve Deceptive Impersonation: This applies particularly to the use of AI Voice Cloning and AI Influencer features, which require explicit consent.

  • Infringe on Intellectual Property Rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS". The content generated by our AI does not constitute professional advice. You must exercise your own judgment before relying on any AI-generated content for legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes decisions. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
