Terms and Conditions for AI Aarna

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and AI Aarna Tech LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the AI Aarna software as a service and the website at www.aiaarna.com (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.
2. User Accounts and Registration
To access the Service, you must register for a user account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

Promptly notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Service.

Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments
a) Subscription Plans: The Service is offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription plan you select. All fees are quoted in the currency specified at the time of purchase.
b) Billing Cycle: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (either monthly or annually) unless you cancel your subscription through your account settings before the end of the current cycle. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the renewal.
c) Credits: The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each subscription plan includes a specific number of credits per billing cycle. Different features may consume credits at different rates, as detailed on our pricing page.
d) Credit Rollover: Any unused credits from your monthly subscription allotment will be carried forward (rolled over) to the subsequent billing cycle. Credit rollover is contingent upon your subscription remaining active and in good standing. If your subscription is canceled or lapses, all accumulated credits will be forfeited.
4. Free Trial and Initial Test Credits
a) 5-Day Free Trial: Each new user is eligible for a one-time 5-day free trial upon selecting a paid subscription plan for the first time. Your payment method will be authorized at the beginning of the trial, but you will not be charged until the 5-day period has concluded. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, you will not be charged.
b) Initial Test Credits: Upon creating an account for the first time, a limited number of promotional credits will be allocated to your account. These credits are provided for the sole purpose of allowing you to test and evaluate the features of the Service before committing to a paid plan.
5. Refund Policy
All payments made to Aarna Tech LLP for the AI Aarna service are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, account downgrades, unused credits upon account cancellation, or for any other reason. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
6. User-Generated Content
You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, input, upload, or generate using the Service ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service for you, subject to the restrictions outlined in our Privacy Policy and these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following is a non-exhaustive list of prohibited uses. You shall not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute any User Content or engage in activities that:
a) Content Restrictions:

Are Illegal or Promote Illegal Acts: Violate any law or regulation, or generate content that provides instructions for or promotes illegal activities.

Are Sexually Explicit or Pornographic: Generate content that is pornographic, obscene, or sexually explicit in nature.

Are Hateful, Harassing, or Violent: Promote hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other legally protected characteristic.

Involve Deceptive or Harmful Content (Deepfakes): Generate misleading, non-consensual, or deceptive synthetic media of individuals for any purpose ("deepfakes").

Constitute Misinformation or Disinformation: Generate or disseminate content that is knowingly false and intended to deceive, harm, or mislead the public (e.g., fake news, propaganda).

Violate Privacy: Generate content that exposes the private, personal, or confidential information of others without their explicit consent.
b) Prohibited Activities:

Deceptive Impersonation: Impersonate any person or entity in a manner that misleads, confuses, or deceives others. This applies particularly to the use of AI Voice Cloning and AI Influencer features, which must not be used without the explicit consent of the person being represented.

Malicious Use: Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code; engage in phishing, spamming, or other fraudulent activities.

Infringe on Intellectual Property: Violate the copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

Disrupt the Service: Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to compromise the integrity or security of the Service, its software, or its infrastructure.
We reserve the right to investigate and suspend or terminate your account without notice for any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
Other than your User Content, the Service and all its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aarna Tech LLP and its licensors.
9. Termination
a) Termination by You: You may cancel your subscription and terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
b) Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Aarna Tech LLP makes no warranties, expressed or implied.
Disclaimer Regarding AI-Generated Content: The content generated by our AI is for informational and creative purposes and does not constitute professional advice. You must exercise your own judgment and, where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified professional before relying on any AI-generated content for legal, financial, medical, or other high-stakes decisions. Aarna Tech LLP is not liable for any actions you take based on the output of the Service.
In no event shall Aarna Tech LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
